Mystery Boxes are non-refundable unless items arrive damaged.

Refunds or returns based on personal preference, taste, or change of mind are not accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You must notify SONDOUQ within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Provide proof of the issue (photo or video).
3. Process for Returns

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by SONDOUQ.
5. Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for damaged or defective items.

Mystery Boxes and Custom Boxes cannot be exchanged due to the nature of the product.
6. Subscriptions

Subscription boxes are billed according to the selected plan.

Once a subscription box has been shipped, it cannot be refunded.

You may cancel the subscription for the next cycle by contacting our team before the next billing date.
7. Custom & Corporate Orders

Custom or branded boxes are non-refundable once production has started.

Any issues with defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
8. Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns unless the issue was caused by SONDOUQ.

Returned items must be in the original packaging (where possible).

Risk transfers back to SONDOUQ once the item is received and inspected.
