3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Jordanian Dinars (JOD) unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Full payment is required before order processing (unless Cash on Delivery is available).

  • In case of pricing errors, SONDOUQ reserves the right to cancel or adjust the order.

We are not responsible for additional bank or payment gateway fees.

4. Mystery Box Agreement

By purchasing a Mystery Box, you acknowledge that:

  • The contents are a surprise.

  • Items may differ from promotional images.

  • Refunds or exchanges are not permitted based on personal taste or expectations.

  • The total value of items will meet or exceed the advertised value range.

All Mystery Box purchases are final unless items arrive damaged.

5. Custom & Corporate Orders

  • Custom or branded boxes require advance confirmation and payment.

  • Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.

  • Custom orders are non-refundable unless defective.

  • Production and delivery timelines may vary depending on quantity.

6. Subscriptions

  • Subscription plans are billed according to the selected cycle.

  • Customers may cancel before the next billing date.

  • Once a subscription box has been shipped, it is non-refundable.

  • SONDOUQ may modify subscription contents at its discretion.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

  • SONDOUQ is not responsible for courier delays.

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery information.

  • Additional fees may apply for remote areas.

  • Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item is damaged or defective.

  • A claim is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photo/video proof is provided.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by SONDOUQ.
